Niven Morgan – For Him Packaging

Dallas-based fragrance designer Niven Morgan enlisted Gaslight Creative to create a packaging design that would revitalize his For Him line of men’s shaving and facial care. Senior graphic designer Amy Imdieke expanded on the company’s current brand while creating a distinctive apothecary feel. She used a simple yet striking color palette and an illustrated vintage shaving tool pattern. This fresh, modern design won a Gold American Advertising Award and a Judge’s Choice.

The Warnke family knew they needed a brand identity in order to take their growing organic farm business to the next level. They were looking for a logo mark that evoked growth while incorporating a natural feel. Our creative team came up with a whimsical and professional result by playing with the “W” letterform that doubles as a set of carrots. The green and orange color palette is also somewhat unexpected and adds to the playfulness of the brand.

When a group of high school friends decided to restore St. Cloud’s brewing heritage by building a new craft brewing facility, we knew the branding needed to match this unbridled enthusiasm. Graphic designer/illustrator Michael Nelsen was inspired by the story behind the name, and utilized a muted earth tone color palette paired with simple shapes to create a logo that is reminiscent of retro national park imagery. Also of note is the iconic symbol that can be translated into trees, hops, mountains … really anything your heart desires. Or better yet, whatever your eyes see.

It was less than three years ago when Gaslight Creative launched the first award-winning website for Third Street Brewhouse, but with the brewery’s rapid growth, it was time for a revamp. Our strategy included streamlining the layout and reorganizing the content to showcase what’s most important – the beer. The iconic graphics of the Third Street brand is front and center, and features our hand-drawn, stylized illustrations.

Industry-leading, full-service ophthalmic laboratory EyeKraft looked to the marketing wizards at Gaslight Creative to help them introduce their new Digital Lens System. Because the product itself is progressive and highly technological, it was important for the branding to reflect the same. A sleek, modern and basic shape concept communicates the lens bringing the logo into focus. Award-winning Gaslight Creative wizardy at its best.

Creating your own marketing materials should be pretty easy when you’re Gaslight Creative, right? Not always. We tasked ourselves with producing a beverage industry tradeshow giveaway that went beyond the status quo. Our creative team knocked it out of the park with this set of four coasters that celebrate creativity with fun quotes and even funner hand-drawn imagery. (We can say funner because we are creative.)

What do you do when a client wants their branding to reflect all that they offer? You combine a fishing lure and antlers, of course. That’s what Gaslight graphic designer Morgan Philippi did when challenged to create a logo for an outdoors guide service that included both hunting and fishing trips. The AAF judges felt the same as we did and gave this unusual concept its due props.

The fun, down-to-earth owners of Poppy Salon were looking for a creative team that could capture their unique personality and vision when they called on Gaslight to produce their new website. Eye-popping photography, bold colors, dynamic movement, stylish videography and compelling copy make this website award-winning. But more importantly, it is as hip, cool, and unique as Poppy Salon. Done and done.
